This privacy policy applies to the Unit Conversions app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Energetic Code Inc. (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Registration is not required to use the Application. The Application does connect to external servers to retrieve currency exchange rates (see “Third-Party Services” below).
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application retrieves currency exchange rate data from the European Central Bank (ECB). When this feature is used, your device connects directly to ECB servers. The ECB may collect technical information such as your IP address in accordance with their privacy policy. No personal data is sent by the Application to the ECB or any other third party.
If you prefer not to connect to external servers, you can set exchange rates to “Manually Specified” in the Application settings.
Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since the Application does not collect any information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2025-12-26.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
